The Firm--John Grisham (11/14)
I enjoyed this one alright. Wasn't my fave Grisham, but good enough.

Nice read.
Runaway Jury--John Grisham (10/25)
Another good Grisham story. Kinda figured out the plot twist though.
The Chamber--John Grisham (10/17)
Very good story. Deals with a death row inmate and his last month or so before he's scheduled for execution. Long but enjoyable.
Shatterpoint--Matthew Stover (10/1)
Story about Mace Windu. Good read.
The Innocent Man--John Grisham (9/25)
Non fiction account of a man falsely accused and convicted of murder. Was a good read.
Stone Cold--David Baldacci (9/12)
Another in the Camel Club franchise. Good read. I enjoying this series and hope to see several more in the future. Recommended.
The Letter Writer-- (9/8)
This was a book about the Apostle Paul. This was approached from a Jewish perspective and it appears we as the Western Church have some wrong ideas about Paul and the Church of the 1st Century. Very nice read.
The Heart of Narnia--Robert Velarde (9/7/)
Another book that looks at the Narnia series. Very good read and makes you think. Would make an excellent life group/discussion group topic.
The Testament--John Grisham (7/22)
Nice story. Wasn't my favorite Grisham, but a pleasant enough read.
7th Heaven--James Patterson (7/11)
The 7th book in the Womens Murder Club series. Not a bad read. If you like Patterson, you'll like this one.
Into The Wardrobe--David C Downing (7/6)
A look at the Narnia series. An interesting read.
Dark Lord--James Luceno (7/1)
This book takes up the story after Revenge of the Sith. Concerns Vader and his path to becoming a Sith Lord. Was an ok read.

Wonderful little series. I really enjoyed reading it.

The story of Darth Bane.

Dark Rendezvous--Sean Stewart (6/11)
Another Star Wars novel. This one centers on Yoda. Nice read. Wish there were more stories centered around Yoda. Being 800 years old, there's plenty of room for material.

Beach Road--James Patterson (6/9)
Nice Patterson story. I'm reading this at the same time as the Star Wars books. He uses a different method of telling this story than in the past. He cowrote with another guy. Good read so far.

Exile--Aaron Allston (6/08)
4 in the series. This one has been better than the previous. I'm liking how the stories are progressing.

Tempest--Troy Denning (6/03)
Book 3 of the series. Paper Chase didn't have 2, so I bought this one and 4. Continues the storyline (I'm not giving it away). Decent read. Star Wars readers will probably like these alright.

Betrayal--Aaron Allston (6/01)
Star Wars stories are my guilty pleasure. This is a new series in the saga that takes place about 40 years after Return of the Jedi. Its based around the Solo children and the son of Luke and Mara Skywalker. So far, its decent. I liked this one better than some of the New Jedi series that precedes this. This is book 1 of this series.
Thirteen Moons-- (5/24)
I saw this in a mailer from a bookstore. Looked interesting. Found the story pretty uncompelling. I'd skip it unless its just your cup of tea. This author also wrote Cold Mountain.

A Painted House--John Grisham (5/12)
I really enjoyed this book. Was never tedious and had lots of memorable lines. A definite recommended.

Season of the Machete--James Patterson (5/8)
Frankly, not my favorite of his works. Felt disjointed and I feel like I've read that ending in another book.

The Broker--John Grisham (5/6)
A good read. Tied up a bit too nicely at the end, but I liked it.

Bleachers--John Grisham (4/28)

Saving the World--James Patterson (4/24)
Maximum Ride series. This was a good read, but hard to follow at times. Not his best work in my opinion. And I think he forgot to wrap up a little detail, but maybe I missed it.

4th of July--James Patterson (4/22)
Women's Murder Club. Not a bad story, but wasn't his best. Kind of jumped around and wrapped itself up a little too easily.

3rd Degree--James Patterson (4/)
Next in the line of the Women's Murder Club. Big shakeup in the series. Gutsy move. I liked this one.

2nd Chance--James Patterson (4/14)
The second of the Women's Murder Club series. A nice read. He totally swerved me on the ending. I thought I had figured out who Chimera was halfway through. I was way off. Recommended read for Patterson readers.

Playing For Pizza--John Grisham (4/11)
Nice easy read. The story flowed quickly. The basics is this is about an NFL QB that has the worst meltdown in sports history and costs his team a trip to the Super Bowl. He ends up in Italy playing in a crappy club league.

King of Torts--John Grisham (3/07)
This was my first Grisham novel. Was a good read. I recommend this one.

Ultra Marathon Man-Confessions of an all-night runner--Dean Karnazes
An interesting read by a guy that does ultra marathons. Talks about his life and what was most enlightening, his thoughts. Some real nuggets in there for runners.
Cradle and All--James Patterson (2/19)
Very atypical book by Patterson. The premise is that 2 virgins become pregnant. It seems that a prophecy is given in Fatima, Portugal and this is the event. One has the "son of God" and the other "son of Satan". Without giving away the plot twist, it happens. Frankly, the whole story offended me as a Christian. Of course, the "Church" is the Roman Catholic Church. Patterson makes the priests out to be less than Christ-like in their living. Skip this one.
